Another attempt at a stereotype busting Gungan, this grizzled Pirate Captain is of the same old Ankuran lineage as Boss Nass. He bears the hideous scars of an attack by a swamp dwelling ape-like creature, a Veermok.

the gungans kaleesh and mandolorians make up my favorite star wars races.... and I love pirates so that's even better.

There's always something so intimidating about fat/stocky, scarred, "old man" pirate captains, and yours is certainly no exception! Kudos on this great piece! :thumbsup:

Very good. He looks like he's got an attitude. I don't know that using a pirate stereotype for the Gungans in the movie would've been the best idea either, but tis a cool concept. Nice detail.

Cheers! I tend to agree that this character probably wouldn't work in the movies. The real-world-historical pirate influences are too obvious. See my Gungan Cut-throat for my more recent imagining of how Gungan pirates might look.
